How old is her report? Because, to lower stats of disproportionately represented Maori, Police have been focusing only on following up on complaints made by Maori or Polynesian and not by anyone non Maori. And also decidedly making more arrests of non Maori and purposely not arresting anyone Maori. NZ used to have a professional unbiased Police force! Not anymore! No one wants gangs. Literally takes an independent study where the person who made it literally says this isn't indicative of structural racism then says it's a police report that points to structural racism and even leaves out statistics that go against the racist narrative... anyone else surprised the Maori party done this?
