Capsaicin is not in the seed. It’s the spongy part called the placenta where the capsaicin oil is, and heat is. The oil gets on the seeds. Clean the seeds, and you won’t taste heat. I’ve done it before, and ate a lot of peppers!!!

@@second6028 wash the seeds off, then eat them. There’s no heat in seeds. They have capsaicin oil on them from the placenta. The spongy part inside the pepper. The placenta is your heat source. Not seeds.
