You cannot overestimate how much emotional stability matters. I’m currently 19 and I was never taught how to deal with emotions at all, so now the tiniest things can totally move me off center and make it impossible for me to perform. This is now my number one priority and area of focus, because without the ability to handle my emotions, it is impossible to succeed at anything.

Basically LOW NEUROTICISM. Neuroticism is the tendency towards negative emotions and it is present in higher amount on women to compensate for their vulnerability (onus of bearing the weight of reproduction, lower muscle mass, etc). A man with high neuroticism just signals that he's not well equipped as a man (low testosterone, low intellect, low social influence, etc).

Had nfc what I was doing till I watched instructional videos online, now I look great and get treated even greater. I'm glad I put the work into myself (internally), before really getting deep into your channel, and putting myself out there... Things have happened to me that I never imagined in my lifetime in the last year or two... Thanks for the positive reinforcement...I still may be aloof when flirting/trying to close, but the vibe, abundance, and affirmations without words are always there because of the work I put into myself.

Your whiteboard style videos are so good because it sort of displays a map of where and how we are going and whats the point of the video (besides the video title), the videos you make without the whiteboard, sitting face to face is good if you wanna pass on an urgent and important message to us men, or a quick leasson about masculinity or reminding us something about our masculinity. But big extensive concepts and ideas are always done best by you through whiteboard presentations.

On Casey´s point about building discipline by building muscle, I would suggest you go to a dance school instead of the gym, it requieres the same discipline, you'll be forced to repeat the same movements over and over and over again until you master it, it will take you years to do it at a high level, and it has the added bonus of being forced to improve your social skills, you'll meet a lot of women and improve your foot work for fighting

Damn, Casey, good job!. 9 is important i think because since we don't care if they make more or less income, we need to just talk to all of them, date them, and then follow the plan. Like my recruiting days, you need to find 25 people or more to fill that funnel, because some will flake out, and you'll get left with maybe 3. And that one may be the long term relationship.

We have so less interactions, I mean among our masculine community that you have built Casey, we either see (sort of) each other when you post a video like this on youtube and we communicate in the comment section, if you make a twitter circle, we all will talk masculinity, share our goals achieved, there will be transparency, not hiding or lying about goals not achieved or achieved (which means we are okay getting shamed for not achieving our goals), this will help us build accountability and remind us constantly of where we belong (among masculine men), we will bully weakness ruthlessly in public (in that twitter circle) but also help motivate the receiver at the same time and celebrate goal-getting also.

Not everyone should have their own business. The failure rate of small businesses is enormous. Whether you succeed or not depends upon lots of things, such as talent, intelligence, where you live, the overall economy, and of course also things you can control such as work ethic, risk appetite, ambition.

I wish I had a guy like that from years ago But where attention flows, energy goes Oh of course I survived Wouldn't mind thriving Doesn't work with people dragging you down and a girl could really use: 1. Good parents while young 2. Good looks in the middle 3. Good money of late in life PS I'm thriving where I can, and have built him as much better as I can, but a woman can really only change a man while he is a small child...fully realizing everyone has problems, and strengths though ..some problems make the **best strengths **

Although all these points are true, what is also true is that they cather to women lacking in just those areas. In other words: the higher you score in those points, the lower the emotional maturity will be of the women most attracted to you. If that's what you are looking for in a partner, go for it. But we all got our strength and weaknesses, men are not robots. Admitting both and working on improving your weaknesses allows for a partner to do the same. Real intimacy comes from sharing eachothers pain as well as celebrating eachothers victories.

The entire working economy is based on trading your time for money. It is even worse when you are working a job and being paid on salary. You get paid a set amount even if you put more time in, give extra effort or accept additional responsibilities. No one wants to fall into this trap, but sometimes it is unavoidable because the trade off is more job security, but less income growth.

We just lack models and examples of masculine men in this century, we see that only in movies now (Dominic Toretto, Bond, Wick, etc). Do something about this too, Casey. and I'll be grateful.
