I just got the same cart. I was disappointed that every piece on it says “made in China”. For the cost I expected a higher quality. I think I can make it work though. 2 questions I have is about that splash guard. Why is it only around one of the 3 sinks? Also, how do you remove the used water tank if necessary?

Very interesting I'm going to have to look on mine and see if it says the same. there is a couple bolts underneath the cart if you want to remove the dirty water however I've never had to remove it so I'm not completely sure good luck!

2 years later any updates? Did it work out for you? Just curious cuz I’m planning on getting a cart soon. I have doubts though and just looking for information on the biz

Sorry for the late reply yes it has worked out for me very well I will recommend anybody that's thinking about doing this is to contact your local Health Department and make sure that you have access to everything that's required one of my biggest hurdles was finding a commissary kitchen that was affordable in my area but I am looking forward soon as the weather changes to get back out there and sell some more dogs I will do a video update soon!

I think im just going to do it. Making the commitment to finance the cart is really the hard part. Interest rates are crazy right now, but I think I will make enough to cover the cost and still make a profit. Trying to do smash burgers too. Idk if the health department will let me though. Super glad it’s working for you man.
