Definitely save the star notes for your future wedding! I can’t think of a more perfect use for it except maybe future children, house, etc.

@@ayaplans It really is the perfect solution. And I guess if you get to a certain amount you could get a safety deposit box for it unless you have a safe at home. Maybe a separate safe or something if you don’t want to take the physical money and put it in a high yield savings account. Love your channel!

There is a website you can go to and enter the number to see if it’s rare or not. Star notes are banknotes that are used as replacements for imperfect notes during the production process ⭐️

I’ve explained it in a few videos before. I know what we spend the most on, what we need, etc. That’s how I know how much to put into daily/weekly/monthly expenses. For sinking funds, I set goals for myself so that determines how much I put into those envelopes. Sometimes with smaller paychecks or if an unexpected expense comes up, we can’t stuff sinking funds. I just put however much I want lol

I recently found a star $20 bill and I looked into the value and most are worth $1.50-$2 more depending on serial number. So I decided against storing it. So, if I may, what is the purpose of collecting and not spending star notes?

It’s just fun and satisfying for me lol. Also a good way to save money. I have over $600 saved from star notes
