As the household CEO, this is VERY helpful. Also, I like your forms. They are simple, concise and not overly done with frilly stuff that’s never even used. Just point blank forms. I have 12 cats to feed right now, so I’ll have to come back to this later in the morning when I have my coffee-breather, but again, thank you for posting this.

Are your income funds directly deposited to a bank account? So you pull that money out of the bank in cash? I like your system, but how do you handle mortgage, utilities, etc.

My income is direct deposit. I pull out the funds that are left over after my automatic payments are deducted. Fortunately, my home is completely paid for, so I don't have a mortgage. My husband (who is absolutely AMAZING) covers the utilities out of his account. If I need to cover them, I will give him the cash to put into his account or I will pay the utility company directly in cash. Also, my health, dental, vision and life insurance are deducted out of my paycheck before it is ever deposited.
