This is why I don't trust courts. Judges, Lawyers & Prosecutors are all in cahoots with each other most of them are family & longtime friends who will pretend to be very competitive in court and after they will golf, drink at the bar and/or sun at the beach.

Also, a lot of Judges/Lawyers are the biggest drunks and Blowcaine sniffers. I knew drug dealers who told Me some of their best customers are Legal Eagles. I once had a Judge sleep at the bench while My lawyer and the defense lawyer debated My case. I whispered to My lawyer the Judge is sleeping. He said to Me *_Don't worry about that._* !?!WTF!?! As if that's a normal thing. The worst thing about *ALL* Judicial Judges everywhere in the USA is they have immunity from anyone trying to sue them for Legal Malpractice. I learned the hard way when I tried to sue the same sleeping Judge for his mistake. I told My lawyer I was suing the Judge he told Me You can't do that, figuring he was lying I went ahead attempting to file against the Judge, I got stonewalled, no other Attorneys would take My case. Later, I researched about *_Judges Immunity_* finding out for sure it can't be done.

By best friend got pulled over for speeding by a drug enforcement officer, he was on a road trip coming home from Idaho to Oregon visiting his wife’s family. Instead of just giving him a ticket he wanted to search the car. My friend had nothing to hide so he let him search it, all the cop found was 700 in cash. He seized the money and said it was because he was laundering it. To this day he was never able to get his money back.
@stephenk.58393 жыл бұрын
The main rule is to never say "yes" to any request to search, even when you are sure that you have nothing to hide. If the cop or drug enforcement officer is corrupt, he will plant criminal evidence and/or steal what he has no right to take.
@xxbad_acidxx00793 жыл бұрын
@@stephenk.5839 that’s what the lawyer told him, that the cop had searched the car without probable cause, and even if he had drugs it would have been thrown out. The crazy thing is that 700 in cash isn’t even a lot of money. I guarantee if he was in a bmw wearing a suit he wouldn’t have even searched the car. But because he was driving a Sentra it was “money laundering”.

Be smart and wire your cash ahead of you to a bank you can withdraw it from upon arrival. NEVER carry cash on your person or in luggage. Pay in advance digitally where you plan to stay and eat. Lock your cards in a safe at home. NEVER take them with you. The one thing thieves hate the most is a person whom has nothing worth stealing or anything to steal.
