That's a clownish statement given eminent domain, civil forfeiture cash seizures and qualified immunity are all republican championed issues which Democrats and especially Progressives oppose to the point of ridicule@@lukesutton4135. Michigan's Walbergh is an exception and not the rule. As noted below, civil forfeiture cash seizures were implemented and signed into law within the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 under Ronald Reagan. Biden needs to answer for his support but so does every President since Reagan (including Trump) and every other elected official involved. That is the difference between Dems and Repubs- Dems hold their own accountable. It's ridiculous we still take Republicans seriously within our Democratic Republic and it's also ridiculous so many Americans have mouths full of republican fish hooks, such as yourself.

There’s been so many stories on this and NOTHING has changed. From the story of the army vet who was carrying his life savings of 120k driving through a highway. The officers claimed he was drug trafficker and he explained he wasn’t. They ended up taking his entire life savings he ended up begging on the side of the road explaining he had no money left and that his family depended on that money. Months later they gave it back only until the vet took the story to a news station. Turns out police departments get to keep a percentage of the stuff they confiscate especially cash.
