Reagan is one of my faceprez but this ain't exactly his subject of strength. Fear mongering politicians of the Reagan and Clinton administrations pushed,passed, illegal laws that gave police unconstitutional power and protection. Targeted blacks for.mass imprisonment for profit within a system.that saw waccenhut and other human rights criminals receive billions in tax revenue to build prisons . They would then "contribute" tens of millions back into the hands of politicians of bothparties. Included in this group are curret civil rights heros Joe Biden, these politicians then used the media to instill fear of blacks within even the black community, while writing laws tha did things like make Crack punishment several times worse than cocaine because it was wrong assumed Crack was a black drug and powder a white. This despite a simple fact that Crack could never exist without the powder,laws that illegaly mandated from the legislative and executive branches that judges hand mandatory sentences to certain offenders. An unconstitutional violation of law and of a sacred founding principal of out nation that the three branches must and will operate separately of each other's influence. The consequence of these laws that even police who were there acknowledge represented a change from a doctrine of protect and serve to a federally funded pushed and protected system that I have seek cops who were also soldiers ssay was the same system the army used in occupied countries. These laws gave white supremacists and civil rights opponents validation and today are the source of much of the rightful distrust and fear of the law that leads to the wrongful killings of many officers even today. Millions of blacks Hispanics Asians were systematically targeted, evidence exists that at least tens of thousands were framed or wrongfully arrested and imprisoned at least once. In high corruption zones like California that had also passed illegal three strikes laws, that meant for many who were framed once, and some were more than once, could see 25 to life for a small rock. Or being accused of some crime they didn't commit because they were black and in the wrong place. Many don't realize the tipping point for the wealthy politicians was the Boston tea party but the biggest injustice in the minds of many revutionaries who actually fought was the interning of Americans into Britain's military and the lack of protection for the accused. Many founding fathers considered these the most sacred protections of the constitution and that failure to protect them would be the greatest threat to democracy by making the law a tool of oppression. My name is Ben and I support this message

If most US currency has trace amounts of drugs on it, then with a big enough stack there's a 100% guarantee that it will be drug tainted. Math: If we go with the lower estimate of 67% of US currency being drug tainted, then there's a 67% chance that a random bill from the stack will alert positive for drugs and a 33% chance it's clean. There's an 11% chance that two random bills will both be clean, and an 89% chance that at least one will have drugs. Three bills have a 4% chance of them all being clean and a 96% chance of at least one having drugs. Four bills? 1% chance they are all clean. 99% chance there's drugs. That's with the LOWEST estimate. If we go for a middle of the road 84% and randomly select 2 bills, there's already a 97% chance of drugs. This poor guy had $100,000 in cash.

@DeusExAstra3 жыл бұрын
The banks are much more trustworthy than the police. The banks are responsible to their customers, to their shareholders, and to the laws. These cops can violate the laws and get away with it because they are corrupt, their colleges are corrupt, the departments and courts wont find them guilty, and in many cases (like here) the laws actually allow them to outright steel from you with no consequences. The police can lie all they want. The CEO of a bank cant lie or else he will either break SEC laws or get fired for violating company policies and tanking stock values. So, yeah, he should have had his money in the bank and had a credit card to get by with, and not trusted the cops and allowed them to search his car. I took my dog by the vehicle, had absolutely no hits, and told them the cops to leave. Whole thing became a standoff until the chief of police and our kennel master were on scene. Thankfully my kennel master took it seriously and told the chief that not only would we never assist that department again but also reported it to the state prosecutor. Go figure, nothing came of it. Just for anyone who has a dog come through, look to see if the dog sits and looks at the handler for the reward without pinpointing the source of a scent (the dog should be pointing their nose at the scent and trying to find the source, not looking at the handler.) After that, months passed, and the DEA missed the deadlines set by federal law for it to either return the money or file a case explaining what the government believes Stephen did wrong. So Stephen teamed up with the Institute for Justice to get his money back. It was only after IJ brought a lawsuit against the DEA to return Stephen’s money, and his story garnered national press attention, that the federal government agreed to return his money. In fact, they did so just a day after he filed his lawsuit, showing that they had no basis to hold it. u can read it in the article the posted under the Video

It can be proven that these cops KNEW the stats on how money is tainted with drug residue. They KNEW the dog would return a positive hit. I’d even call into question how the dogs are trained. They may not even be picking up the scent of drugs, but of the money itself. The officers involved should be charged with the armed robbery, and face a jury for their crimes. My public pretender never submitted my form to fight the forfeiture while i was fighting my case from inside jail with a 350k bail for a first offense, non violent offense (poss w. intent to dist. , weapon in space of drugs) . Oh a prolific child molester had my same judge the next week, he had a bail of 250k. If that doesnt tell you enough then idk what will. The pub pretender told me for the 3months i was in court that 'were working on it' when i asked about the forfeiture. I got out and found out that he should of submitted the paper and we should of had a hearing soon after. Well there goes my money. As a 20yr old kid 3k isnt no big deal. Nothing like what this guy lost, but still theyll steal whatever they can : edit : read comment below regarding the actual outcome. Also even if i was found guilty of the drug charge, to call that drug proceeds when it went from 7k to 3k in roughly a month, with the bill of sale and sale itself verifiable with a local dealership. So would it be ok then because someone made a bad choice to jus ttake their life savings? Yes it was just 3k, but say it wasnt just a kid starting out with saving and i was older and they took 30k from me. Would it all be ok still because of the supposed proceeds from crime? Even though the money is verifiable and can be easily proven to be legit?

oh and i beat the case for the drugs. It was because when they raided my house looking for something else they found drugs that were hidden and not in a bottle. With roomates i hid my prescription drugs (painkillers) as they are a big target for theft etc. I was charged on a diff gun offense as a plea down kind of thing on the other charge.

My next court date is on December 9th. I’m trying to get back $8,000 in US currency and 3 cars worth about $25,000 in total. I’m representing my self in court, I don’t have money to hire a lawyer, I don’t have too much hope, it is very likely that they’ll keep my hard earned money. I contacted the Institute for Justice and they have not responded yet.

When you hear a cop say “just be honest just tell the truth and this will all go smoothly” or some lie like that just remember this video.

Cops are always out to bust you the fact that they're talking to you means that they already have made the decision that you're guilty of something and if they can't find a reason they will make it up or plant drugs on you or something. They are bigger criminals than the criminals they arrest which you got to wonder how many of those criminals were actually criminals and not set up.???
