Asking for sister. She has around 2years 10 months experience as of now! During her initial 15 months work experience, she was working on cash & was also running her tutions coaching centre. The salary was in cash and that's why she did not declare it in tax ITR and computation of income. But she paid taxes for the income she generated from coaching centre.. The tax records have no info about her income generated from salary in cash.. If the director of an organization is certifying that the employee worked here and received x amount of salary for his employment, do you see any benefit in mentioning anywhere (either on reference letter itself or LOE) that he got salary into his bank account from the other organization?
