It seems Alberto is still a loyal employee who just got carried away with his environmentalism and didn't think straight, while Hobbs on the other hand is just a nasty-ass thief. What also got me is that Hobbs now works at a RIVAL restaurant of B-Man's and that Alberto was still appalled by what he heard.
