This is such a stark contrast to the migrant and hostile architecture stories. I love how this channels is a microcosm of society. I really think this is a gorgeous apartment. As someone who doesn't live in America, I'd say these designs are very sad. I've never been to New York, but always been intrigued by the old timey new York buildings. Especially the Interior. Good quality wood, nice colors etc. But these modern apartments that are popping up not only in America but in the West in general are like soulless husks. They feel so empty, like a dystopian sci Fi movie. Make architecture great again, please....

What is the appeal for living in New York? Even when the show spectacular views in my mind it's a view of buildings when I'd rather see trees. I don't get why people would be satisfied with a tiny closet sized apartment when for the same monthly payment you could have a nice 3 bedroom home with a yard somewhere more affordable.

We just bought a "luxary condo" one bedroom in Queens a year ago for 750K and I thought that was pretty pricey but seeing that a one-bedroom goes for 1.5 mil in that building and a 3 bedroom 6 million, I totally feel like I got a deal in comparison. NYC really is going to be an exclusive haven for the rich in a few decades. Selling in about 10 years and ghosting for the South. It's not really worth it.

Okay now... I really LOVED that ventilation design solution and that beveled countertop island! Beautiful views. Beautiful building. Beautiful space! However... I'm not feeling $6.5M. I'm not "feeling" that at all. THAT price and not a fireplace to be found? No private outdoor space? At that price level I'd want a fireplace in the living room, master bedroom, and den/office space. There are lots of design elements/solutions that I REALLY liked in this space that I could easily scale and incorporate into much less expensive properties which would elevate them and increase their value. BUT MY QUESTION OF THE DAY IS... Who styled Jamin??? That was a rather haute couture ensemble! Very nice and QUITE chic!

Yeah love it! Good to be the King. Funny as a mere few blocks away by Navy and Sand streets many people live in poverty within No-You-Can’t-Have-Yeah (NYCHA) buildings.

Show us the 1BR pls! These type of interiors are scandi inspired and common in Europe. Very refreshing to see it out here in N America.

Plant based salmon: Take a carrot, slice it long ways, uber thin. Soak said carrot slices in a salty water/little bit o lemon juice/kelp powder/capers marinade overnight. Surprisingly good on a bagel with cream cheese. Vegan or not.

Love the place and wish the future owners much health to enjoy the product of their education and well earned/invested salaries. Your success is there for all to see. Beautifully equipped and distributed, comfortable for living (not alone) in one of the Best multicultural and multi ethnic cities in the world. I ❤NYC 🎉.

For English speakers NYC probably is not the only option for a taste of “ Mega City/Urban Life”. Highly recommended Hong Kong ( nicer weather, simpler and lower taxes, cheaper rental prices and most importantly super duper safe)

And I’m from sydney so I only get to do New York videos once a year. Anyway, I love your videos and your humour!!! Keep up the good work and maybe one day I should be so lucky….❤
