Good Morning All, Wonderful luxury apartment & great location. And I just realized that you've been pulling my leg with the walk in closets. The 2nd bedroom, which is the Master bedroom has the walk in closet; not the first closet . But you already know that. Washer/dryer in unit is one of the biggest incentives to rent this apartment. People outside of The City just don't realize how big that is.

Cash doing his walk ups to the camera, walk past, etc, reminds me of the Survivorman, where he was a one man filming machine. @@bilahn1198 Yes- Cash mentioned in early videos from last year and the beginning of this year that a person’s annual income needs to be 40x the monthly rent. That’s the standard for rentals in NYC. 5k for a 2 BR is too much. And if I make 100K a year, I sure as hell don't want to live with a roommate anymore. But for the person thinking any rent over 1k is rediculous and you'd rather put down the downpayment to buy: good luck finding anything in NYC. The pandemic brought rent prices down a fair amount, but NYC is still expensive. Not only with rent, but also groceries, restaurants, cultural events...
