Good Morning All, Cash, that is not a walk in closet; no matter how hard you wish it to be one. The apartment is lovely. Seems bright & comfortable for 2 people to share or someone with a child. Like the friendly neighborhood. Note: You now make 6 videos a week. I remember when you first started, you only made 2 or 3 a week. Look at you now.

Apartment is a great price for one person or a couple. Put a nice table in the living room for eating. Use one bedroom as the living room/den/home office. Use the other as a bedroom. Sweet.

If I'm a single renter, I would turn the other bedroom to a media room/guest room. Get a small sectional and put a TV in it. The extra room by the kitchen can be an office/Library. Put a club chair and a small table by the balcony door and shelves for books. Cozy place.

Hi, Cash! "You can see Manhattan waay off in the distance." I'll betcha from that apartment to Midtown, you'd travel on the subway for at least 50 minutes, am I correct? No elevator. 2 washing machines for an entire building, even if it's a small one. The neighborhood is hardly a draw. I'd feel isolated and depressed living in that apartment, even though it's a very nice one. That's why the rent is $2,200.

Just as you notice sink sprayers, one thing I often see is that the refrigerator doors on single door units often swing the opposite direction of what they should and block access from then adjacent counter like the one today. They are made swing either way which can be adjusted when they are installed.

Worth it $$$ ! I'm terrified of Flatbush, though. One fine day in the early 1980's, the brakes on my 1972 Pontiac failed on Flatbush; I ran a red light and missed colliding with a city bus by moving into the lane of oncoming traffic, conveniently stopped for the same light. People were so nice, actually. Some guys pushed me to a garage once I was able to stop the car on a sufficiently inclined street. I'm a Southern boy and I thought they would kill me and steal the worthless car, but nooooooo ! People lie about New Yorkers.

Boy do I know that. Since I'm a daycare teacher for 2 - 3 years old. No outside play is fun for my toddlers now with Baby Shark sharks for them. The place looks really good. Yes Dollar store are great.

Flatbush seems like a good place to live - lots of stores and restaurants that aren't too expensive, the gym sounds reasonable. The apartment is nice, great for a couple or 2 people who get along well. Good to have laundry in building. $1100 apiece is reasonable as well!

The rooms are small and the building laundry looks like just a couple of machines, but everything is new, there's a dishwasher and a sink sprayer, and the windows are CLEAN! This could be shared by a couple of students or minimum-wage earners for a bargain price.

This is nice. I could not sacrifice not having a couch though. Sometimes you just want a place to lounge that is not the bed and that is more comfortable than a dining room chair. I don't like that feature about NY where oftentimes you are forced to choose between the two.

The two bedrooms are both very narrow, at least from the camera angle, and the living space doesn't allow for a table and a sofa. Rather than call this a two bedroom, it's more accurate to say it's a three room apartment. It is nice, well lit, and the kitchen and bath are more than adequate.

A smaller 2-person couch and a table might fit nicely! Love this place, and the price is terrific, especially as rents seems to be going up again, as some normality return!! I love the new stove and upkeep on the suite looks good!! There is lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and closets in the bedrooms. I'd use the smaller bedroom as an office!! That apartment is a STEAL at that price! Everyone should compare it with the closet (250 sq ft) that Cash toured yesterday (in the Lower East Side) that was $2550/month. The neighborhood is gentrifying (chains don't locate there for no reason) and it will be a lucky person that snaps that apartment up! The Blink gym is only $15/month and along with other chains there are still a nice variety of "mom & pop" shops. I like it! I need to investigate that further even for myself!
