It is effectively a one bedroom with lots of other space around (the second room is not a legal bedroom, without a window, IMO). Still, a super interesting space, that's for sure, and for the square footage, many apartments with the same space would cost more.

Nice place for sure, but feels too much like an office / workspace for me. Prob some kind of marketing company that got blown away by Coronavirus and can't afford it anymore. It's also right on the street, so it will be hard to rent to security-minded folks.

I agree with you but only because we only see it as an office space. Each bedroom is either a meeting room and the other a storage room. The kitchen is brilliant but it still made me think of a staff lunch room? I feel if it was all redecorates it would be different. This looks alot more like an office of a startup company than an apartment, and it was probably used as such, considering the conference room, the amount of stacked chairs in the additional "living room" and the white board in the kitchen. Still a very cool place!

Great find again Cash! I LOVE the kitchen and the drawbridge is great. The SPACE in this place is massive. That livingroom part near that gorgeous sunroom I would use as an office space too. I live in an $231 apartment. I have five rooms, in a neighborhood that sports apartments for $1500 - $2000. My secret is that the government subsidizes 70% percent of my rent, for seniors. Also paid is my utilities. I live in Asheville, NC, not known for cheap rent.

Might be an excellent living space for a family of 6-7 children who could use all of the extra space. But when the lease is signed you have to anually come up with $ 90,000 dollars in rent (7.5K month).

This is really the top. Love the neighborhood--just perfect for me and the apartment would make a great place to setup an art gallery (appointment only) for my paintings. I like the fact you could live there and just chill without the noise and distraction (people walking around with their face in their phones, etc.) I'm no longer one of the see and be seen age group so this would be perfect for me! Wow!

Love it! My birds and anoles would live in the sunroof, while my aquariums would line the wall in the bigger living room, as well as the tv. In the he smaller living room, I would have cozy seating, and all my books. By that big window next to the door, a table with a chess setup and two chairs. Love this! My kids would freak out over this apartment. I'm all in for living accommodation that is just a bit different from the norm and with so much light everywhere else, me personally, it doesn't matter that there is no windows in the bedrooms.
