What an amazing NYC apartment! Classic, sophisticated, old-school. From the classic tile in the bathrooms, to the beautiful hardwood floors, to the original doors and hardware….and that fireplace! This is what most non-New Yorkers think of when they hear New York City. A classic old brownstone, it doesn’t get any better. Absolutely stunning!

I find interesting the amount of bathrooms you guys can have in America, because in Europe we don't have a full bathroom for each bedroom, usually it works like: 2 bedrooms+1 full bathroom. 3 bedrooms + a toilet + a full bathroom. Also in fancy buildings pre and post wwII 😅

What a lovely residential street to live on and so close to the park!!! The exterior of the building is spectacular!!! Love the front hall with large mirrored hallway piece and wooden railing...such a grand entrance... The apartment is posatively gorgeous with so much of the charm of an older building still intact! The living area is spectacular with the wooden (oak?) mantel and tilework as well as the three windows with wonderful views of the street....Nice kitchen w/ skylight...Looks like the one wall has some damage that needs to be repaired... The bedrooms have great views as well and lots of storage.... I like the tilework in the bathrooms , they both have enough space and skylights too!! This apartment has everything going for it.... I'm sure it will not be on the market for long!!!

Oh yeah, this is what I like. That fireplace! Is that original tile?? Gorgeous. And the inlay in the floors - the little dark trim around the edges. So much counter space for an older place! Drawers - plural! - in the kitchen! So many renovated places are forgoing kitchen drawers for freakin wine fridges. In-suite laundry! So close to Central Park! Beautiful quiet street, great views out the bedrooms. I love views like that! Aw man, you're making me want to move to NY.... if I was and had a roommate, I would take this in a heart beat.

Yay you showed a brownstone! Brownstone blocks are so beautiful and picturesque. I keep trying to move to one but it never works out lol. The UWS is great in my opinion. There’s some good places to eat and drink on Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway, plus getting downtown or uptown is quick. Also, the express 2/3 trains are not far from this place. I would live on the UWS if I found something in my price range.

*EYEHARTZ!* This is A+. Like, there's nothing wrong with the place and everything's well above average. The living room and views are great. People might nitpick about the size/shape of the kitchen or whatever but it's got everything and it's functional - THERE IS EVEN A SKYLIGHT.

Love it!!!!! That mantle alone makes it worth living there. The kitchen is probably a little small for 2 people to be in, but if you live there alone, perfect. Bathrooms are both nice size and the bedrooms are adequate. Once again, a lovely neighborhood and Central Park so near is amazing. That living rooms calls for some great antique pieces and some classic paintings, even if they do come from someplace like Starving Artist. You can find some beautiful oils there. So like the pre War architecture. And a brownstone no less.

Totally nice apartment at a fair rent. Love the skylights and large living area. You could move in and live here happily for years. Love that the bedrooms are away from the living area so someone can sleep or work quietly away from the main area. Great for a writer, or a couple with split schedules or really any schedule. A big, big plus along with 2 full baths. An apartment this size in Chelsea would easily cost $2.5 mil. or more. With the addition of common charges, taxes and insurance. Looks like a nice shady spot. Many of the steel and glass apartments must be miserably hot right now. You can actually get a sunburn inside some of them if the face West or South. Prewar apts are the overall best. I’m hopeful that this pandemic encourages landlords to enlarge some of their apartments - esp the prewars that have been divided to optimize rents or sales price. Subway access is also a plus and you can find street parking in this area if you hit it right. The city needs people who actually intend to live their lives here. If people have no roots or connection they just pass through which isn’t good for anyone. People are almost forced to buy second homes outside the city to have good lives or they move to suburbs when they would prefer to stay in the city itself. A fact - people in suburbs suffer from more depression.

This is a gorgeous brownstone. The two bathrooms and large bedrooms are great. Also W/D ensuite, hell yes. The skylight in the kitchen is gorgeous. One thing that seems slightly awkward is the small wall in the kitchen that seems to block off the flow of the large living room. Not much a tenant can do about that. But I wonder if the owners can carve out a little counter/windown.

Good video (they always are). The shower at the 8:00 mark shows some mold at the bottom where the walls meet the shower pan. It should be scrubbed and sprayed with Concrobium. The results will surprise you. Non toxic. Viewers should check it out.

Before Central Park was built, a predominantly African American community, but in 1857, the city used eminent domain to forcibly remove them. Police removed those who resisted. Seneca Village was New York's first free black community. One family that lived there, the Lyons, fought to make New York City a more just place as the country worked to overcome centuries of slavery. Now decades later, a monument was made (2019) to commemorate the village.

Most likely the resident will hear NO Noise as these brownstones are 100++ years old and built with solid, thick construction. That is difficult to do in NY City and this is a major plus . I lived in one for years, about a block from the park and never heard a sound. Excellent job Cash !!!!!

I love the old brownstones. ALSO,those stoops look ideal for chilling in the summer. At my jewelry job,we have to make sure that people haven't lied about their address. A dr from Manhatten visited us and when we shipped her jewelry,I had to check her address on Google maps to make sure it was real (sometimes,their address doesn't exist..and they try to get free shit). Obviously,being a dr from Manhatten,she wasn't lying. She lived in some massive luxury condo type building overlooking Central Park. I was curious and looked her building up and every floor was split into like two houses or the whole floor is their home. The apts were going for 3mil or so a pop,not even for rent at all. Blew my mind.

Great one Cash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the livingroom, esp the fireplace. WOW! I would rent this place in a ny minute. The kitchen is great with the sky light. I love the bedrooms each have their own bathroom. I must say with laundry too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly, this is worth the $4200 price and with the location too. That is my type of location.....residential and quiet. I would assume if the rental market was better, would this place go for more? Let me know Cash, I am curious. One of the best you have shown so far. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
