Tell him to stop using shampoo and conditioner, the chemicals in them kill hair. Just use a bar of soap in the shower
@angeladpsp110 ай бұрын
@WiseToTheLies Hello 👋 What kind of Bar Soap? My son is 29yrs old and has receding hairline and the top of his hair is soo thin. He used to have thick wavy hair, but he always brushes his hair forward and I'm thinking maybe that's why he is losing his hair??? He tells me that he's been using Biotin shampoo and conditioner. He gets his haircut short and I'm telling him to look at the many men celebrities who have receding hair and they grow out the top and the sides of the head are buzzed off but not completely where there is hair still showing just like in these 3 videos that @Caspersight showed. He was born a preemie at 2 pounds and I had complications when I was pregnant with him not knowing I had Lupus. I had him go to my Lupus Dr to do Blood Work and nothing showed but did say something about the levels and that he should go twice a year for to get the Blood work done and to make sure that he doesn't have Lupus. My son also suffers from depression cause my older Son and him were taking care of me since they were 5 years old and having to dress me and seeing and doing things through the years for me that no child should have to see and do cause my Hubby had to work. I've been sick for 30yrs with Lupus attacking my body. I have Bald Spots from Lupus Lesions were on my scalp, on my back, chest and upper arms and they were opened and watery, they burned and itched and I was in pain 24/7 and when I had to take a Shower the water burned my skin that I was screaming it's now gone since around 2014 but I have PTSD that everytime I have to take a Shower I fear it remembering the burning of the water on my Lesions😪😪😪How I was able to get rid of it the Lupus Foundation came out with a monthly Infusion called Benlysta back in 2009 and it took a long time. I have no scars from it except permanent Bald Spots that I go to a certain Hairstylist where she cuts it in a certain way and hides the top of my scalp and I don't have to wear hats or scarves anymore. I am the only one in my family that has Lupus??? My father is not in the picture since I was 3 years old but I have pictures and his hair is like my son's hair almost Bald on the top. It has made my son self conscious that he doesn't even try to get a girlfriend 😢and when you lose your hair it causes stress, depression and self-awareness that you lose more hair. Because when I lost my hair I went to a specialist who made wigs for Cancer, Lupus and other patients and spent over a ground and wore it twice and it looked nice but felt like a rug on my head and I was sweating and fixing it constantly and was more conscious with it 😢 I have used Biotin from the natural store and then tried Nioxin which had helped grow my front hair back and fuller at the Bald Spots that were not so damaged. My Hubby retired in 2021 and he and I moved to Florida in a 55 Plus Community coming from Brooklyn, NYC, and my Hubby is 11yrs older than me so I'm the youngest one here. Leaving my two Boys behind and my friends and one of my VERY CLOSEST FRIEND WHO WAS LIKE A SISTER TO ME WITH A HEART OF GOLD PAST AWAY IN 2020 from Ovarian Cancer and Covid that the Cancer spread to her Intestines 💔 😪😪😪 I miss her everyday as we spoke all the time and went out when she wasn't working cause I was working and became disabled and unfortunately had to quit 😢 God I Miss Her, MY BOYS SOOOOOOOO MUCH and my friends for I have no friends down here cause everyone is older than me as I just turned 55 and I speak openly cause I'm a City Girl but I'm respectful and funny. Anyway, I just worry about my Son all the time and hoping 🙏 he never gets Lupus 🙏 Sorry for Babbling on for I have severe depression from constant pain and constant hospitalizations and being a LAB RAT 😢 Thank you 😊🥰😉

I’m the “bald guy” around every child I meet, haha. Even my own children tease me about it! But yeah it’s what was handed to me and I shave it down. It took a couple of years to accept it, but I would absolutely love to rock some hair again and have fun with it. I changed my hair a lot when I had some and it was a fun way to change your overall look on a whim.

I had zero luck when it comes to the hair department, started losing it at F'n 20 years old. Not gonna lie, it did a number on me back then, especially because I already had plenty of self-worth issues as it were. The self-worth are, unfortunately, still there, but I honestly don't give a damn about my lack of hair anymore. But yeah, it's always nice to see people actually helping each other.

Ben, i fucking love everything you said in this video and your support to men going through balding. I'm saying this because i am 35 years old and i have been losing my hair and for years, i have tried few threatments that didnt really worked so, i have had been going out using hats (before covid happened, it's been a while since i have been avoiding public places) so the wind doesnt mess what i have left and expose the bald areas on top of my head, and one day a girl took my hat without my permission and the hair was a bit messed up under it, and then gave me a yikes reaction. I took a hit but i ramboed it that time but that shity and disrespecful behavior can destroy men selfsteam and confidence! And you have grow a fucking thicc skin to deal with the constant jokes and shit talking all the time, or the usual coment of just rambo and get rid of all of it. They doesnt seem to undestand how we feel about it, like you said some dont care and just cut it off but some do. I got a little emotional as i could see how those men got so happy to get back their confidence.

And to see them brought to tears as their insecurities just evaporate. And it's like you said Ben, their friends may take the piss for a second but seeing the change in their confidence, they will really embrace it. It's great if you are one of those people who can embrace whatever they look like. I had to get dentures recently and the 2 months where I had no teeth and had to wait for my dentures to be ready were absolutely devastating. No one said anything of course but my self confidence was shot. Now with my new teeth I'm not embarrassed to smile or talk to people again. Good on this barber for changing peoples lives
