Funnything i was on # 6 in b carriage i saw you a few times lol. Didt think i would see this video. I loved the ride and scenery. Old number six is one of my favorite engines there and the strongest engine they have!

@Barkley512 I've honestly missed her since NCTM gave her up. The museum just hasn't been the same to me since the first time I saw her in 2000 when I was a kid and she was still operating.

Shay #4 is the only Cass native. She was built for the Mower Lumber Company at Cass

@@TobyPasman Yes a lot of old pictures of #4 in the museum. My great grandfather, Granville Barkley was on it when it pulled the last load of logs off the mountain

Both 4 and 5 are native to Cass. #5 came in 1906 and #4 was 1943.

Man, all the engines except for maybe Shay 4 had some pretty eerie sounding whistles for the Halloween season (especially the "Banshee", that thing almost sounds like a coyote howling at night). On another note, is WM Shay 6 operating on just two cylinders? Its exhaust beat sounds kind of off here.
