“Let Me Go” is about feeling like someone doesn’t understand you and seems like they don't accept you, but still won’t let you go. Ask yourself if you love him for who he is right now or are in love with what you hope/know he can someday be. We tend to focus on how much we love them and not how much or how well they love us. You are right to listen to your gut and make sure he has your back as much as you have his. 💜

iloveit thank you for the words! Exactly before it was all about will he change and what not but I couldn’t hold onto the hope. in those two years apart, we didn’t talk or hang out. We grew into the best version of ourselves and we of course are no where near perfect but we are a whole lot better than what 2 years ago was.
