Sucks that we live in the same SMALL town so I pass and see him driving at least 3 times a week.. That makes it a little rough but I just have to remember that it wasn't meant to be. I found a really great quote on FB that has really helped me and it says "One day, you'll be somebody's favorite and you won't be confused or feel like you're fighting for somebody who isn't fighting for you.. One day, you'll realize that it never mattered how tightly you held onto the wrong person, because the right person was always going to find you. I adored Hey Monday in high school, and then I was actually on a trip in Tennessee afterward and heard this song on the country station. Had just been through a terrible break up and this song really resonated with me. Was even better when I discovered it was the same girl who's band I'd been already been jammin to. Love all the success she had with The Voice as well. Tbh I prefer her ballads over her party rock anthems; but both are equally heartfelt, sincere and passionate. Keep doing what you do girl
