hi thats a great question. i've largely turned my attention to other passions of mine, and much of that chapter in my life closed, but i was still able to do some awesome things like AAJA's Voices Fellowship, interview the cast of To All The Boys (kzbin.info/www/bejne/fHfSg4FqoNOjrNk) and cover Comic-Con. But all of these activities are during the summer. During the school year, however, I blog for the Yale Admissions office!

Hi Eesha! I did not, unless I was applying specifically for a theater-oriented program (I may have included sample scripts, etc). But many schools do have sections to include an arts portfolio and definitely would encourage you to do that if that is the direction you want to go in and you want to show off your skills!
