Ingredients.

FOR THE BATTER
-------
2 Cups All Purpose Flour.
3/4 Cup Blended Yellow Split Peas ( Soak 4 hrs to overnight)
5 Eggs.
1 Tbsp. Roasted Ground Geera.
1 1/2 tsp. Tumeric.
2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic.
1 tsp. Baking Powder.
1 tsp Yeast
Salt.
FOR THE CASSAVA MIXTURE
----------
1 tsp. blended mix of (Broad leaf Thyme, Fine Thyme, Celery)
1 tsp. Roasted Ground Geera (Cumin)
1/2 tsp. Blended Garlic.
1 Full Tbsp. Margarine.
Pepper to taste.

I agree with you. Cassava ball do not need a polouri batter. Just wrap the cassava mixture over the egg and fry.
