I do a similar casserole I slice potatoes on bottom, then meat,then soup, then veggies, then I make stuffing and put on top. This way the potatoes get a little crispy on bottom and stuffing does not get soggy. I also do a version with boneless pork chops and creamed corn. Yummy.
