It is mutual respect of fighters being a part of the "Sweet science". That does not mean that fighters will let that friendship get in the way of them winning a fight. I met Mr. Ali and he spoke dearly of my grandmother Geraldine Liston. Lonnie Ali, the Ali office, and the Ali family are close to my family to this day. And Mr. Ali, the Ali family do business together, especially concerning the Ali/Liston photo. The most iconic photo of the 20th Century.
