I found your recipe about a month ago, and since then have made close to 20 plus 10” pizzas for family and friends. Everyone loves it! I sometimes add things like oregano and pepper flakes to the dough, and brush the edges with olive oil and a salt, pepper, garlic seasoning when I don’t cover the outer edge. I also sometimes use a high quality olive oil infused with chilies to make a spicy pepperoni pizza that is out of this world! High quality ingredients is key. The creativity is endless. With a few modifications, I’m making a shrimp and crab pizza with a seafood white sauce. We’ll see how that turns out. Thank you for changing my pizza game! ❤

Wow, your comment made my day! Thank you for giving my recipe a chance. I'm so happy you love it and I'm glad you're able to use it as a base for all your creative pizza toppings!! I'm very intrigued by the shrimp and crab seafood pizza. Sounds delicious :)

That white pizza sounds amazing! How did it turn out?

@@chelseyali I don’t want to be all talk and no game, I’m embarrassed to say that I haven’t tried it yet. Mainly because in the back of my mind, I know that I want to use lump crab meat and not claw. It’s going to be an expensive pizza for sure! But, I really want to make it. I’ll report back here when I do. 😇

In my defense, I have made lots of pepperoni/veggie/meat lovers and several others, just not a white seafood yet.

@@RadarRider226 no need to be embarrassed and wow crab lump sounds awesome! I’ve only made pepperoni and chicken pizzas so far. Looking forward to hearing about your white pizza whenever the time is right!

This is great stuff. My first try was pretty, but a little off. Second try, in a 12 inch pan with marinated shrimp topping. Ugly but delicious. These are the first two pizzas I have ever made. Thank you for the roadmap!

I plan on doubling this recipe. Does the yeast amount change if you scale the recipe?

Don't be a virgin slice eater, become the chad disc biter. Forget about slicing your pizza and enjoy it the way God intended: by grabbing it whole and eating it straight on. Be fearless.
