For the last stitch of Judy’s magic cast on I always make a backwards thumb loop cast on so it anchors the last stitch and you don’t have to juggle a fiddly loose stitch.

Could I use turkish cast on as due to arthritic fingers I find this cast on difficult ? I thought about it and decided to purchase on ravelry and take a risk ,pleased I did as I found another of your patterns ,3 FER. , has perfect fingerless mitts included .thanks for the generous discount too ,a lovely surprise at checkout 😊 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Just on that first set up row! Your stitch count doesn't change again until you get to the decrease section!
