Hey Marci of course I know you. I think the song your talking about is Tempo by Lizzo I havent recorded that on yet and I plan on it. I will put it on the playlist for you next Thursday! Im so glad youre enjoying the videos and class - I love really love what I do!! ;-)

Dance Fitness With Helena oh yes please record Tempo, the Simon says routine and the one I’m talking about I think you called it “Juicy” but not by Doja cat.. we lean to the side and jiggle, you tell us jiggle out butts.. then during that one we get down to the floor like a push up, and do our feet like scissors. Those of us who can’t do that, do squats. If you do it that routine on Thursday I’ll run up and tell you “Dats da one!!!” Thanks for your high energy and encouragement!!!!! 💕
