Castillo Gets Shot | Miami Vice

Miami Vice Season 5! Castillo threatens to arrest Congresswoman Madelyn Woods if she doesn't cooperate (since he can prove it was a setup), and asks her why she's doing this. Just then, Shaw shoots Castillo, then tells Woods he's done everything for her and that they can set up Castillo as they planned.

Just watched this episode on dvd today. The scene where Castillo got shot was very intense. I love the part where he sees Crockett and smiles a bit and Crockett holds him until the paramedics arrive and then everybody arrives at the hospital and Castillo is fretting about the tape and Crockett tells him to save his strength for surgery.

I really love miami vice my favourite show of all time. I keep thinking how lovely it would be if the original cast did a couple of new 2 hour specials. But i also wonder how miami vice would work in a modern age as it was an 80s show and maybe its best us fans just enjoy the episodes that were made. Taking off from my comment earlier i suppose you could have a 2 hour special Billy Crockett is in trouble and Sonny and Rico have to come out of retirement to help him. I allways felt that in the day they should have made more about Crockett's family

Olmos brought so much to miami vice and if it wasnt for him i dont think it would've lasted on pretty boy looks alone. I pray the cops of today get the respect they deserve.

I don’t remember Castillo getting shot. I think by this season I stopped watching MV. But this show was always my favorite and Olmos was an awesome actor

That was for a short time. According to an interviews with Olmos and Johnson, as episodes progressed Olmos, Johnson and Thomas understood and respected each other's personalities and winded up forming friendships that still last to this day.
