7 years into carnivore here. I’ve gone from suffering to blissful. My multi-decade inflammation is much lower. I’m smarter and calmer and focused. I can fast 3 days without hunger and get more done. Over the years I’ve had to tweak and change things. I had to increase my fat and reduce my protein to lower inflammation. I have to track. I know many influencers say just eat meat and don’t track anything, but as time went by I had to tweak.

Congrats brother! I am 20 days into carnivore (beef, eggs, salt, a little pork) and I have lost 26 lbs!!! More importantly, I am sleeping better than I have in decades, my chronic dandruff is gone, no more acid reflux, my joints feel way better, my energy level is through the roof, my cholesterol is nearly just about normal, and many more benifits...in just 20 days!!! I am going to stick carnivore for 2 or so more months then slowly introduce some strong veggies like spinach leaves, kale, etc. My [ex] doctor actually cautioned me against this diet, and not cautioning against prolonged carnivore but adamantly against it, period. He cautioned even after seeing my weight loss, normal blood sugar and blood pressure and cholesterol way down from previous visit...no more need for that big pharma sample pusher. It's actually eye opening seeing how this diet (and eliminating the poisonous, processed foods) converts the body back to basics to operate like we were meant to be.

Doctors know zilch about nutrition. They diagnose and prescribe drugs to treat symptoms, and they do not fix metabolic illnesses that are caused by too many carbs in the diet. We can eat zero carbs. Our body will make carbs as needed. Over 2 years carnivore. I feel great and love the simplicity.

Congrats on your good health from the carnivore diet. I am currently 14 days in and have lost an amazing 15 lbs. as a truck driver I always blamed my weight on not being able to eat well on the road. But that is all bull crap as I now have taken control of what I eat and I thank you dr. This is incredible news. I am pretty much close to carnivore, I still describe my plan as LCHF, but my carbs make up only 10-5% of my macro intake every day. My weight is great, blood works look great, great health and mental alertness. Still stuggling to stabilize a sometimes fluctuating BP, intermittent gut issues. I recently injured my knee, but what was initially diagnosed as osteo-arthritis, is now going to be stabilized with some biokineticist exercises. The cartilage is still in good shape. The little carbs I take I actually enjoy, like some greens like lettuce, bok choy and spinach. Also cilantro blended into a lamb curry with some sour cream added is outta this word and vrtually 100% fat and protein.

I just started carnivore (from keto last week), and I was looking around for information about prostate health and carnivore, and NO ONE has any info, but decided to try it any way. Your video was encouraging when you talked about prostate issues. It's also encouraging that you're most likely a Christian considering the bible verses and I've been in Proverbs for about 3 weeks. Thanks for that!. This video might even be considered Providential. 🙂

So happy for you and your improved health. I experienced the same thing when I had been on pure carnivore for awhile. For my first year of carnivore, I kinda cheated and would have carbs sometimes. I don't recommend that. Just go for it all the way! Another thing that is really important, the only fats that someone should be eating are animal fats, such as beef fat, pork fat and butter. Stay away from the toxic industrial seed oils, such as canola, corn, soy, olive etc. They truly are bad for you health. Throw them out! Thanks for sharing how much benefit you have gotten. I hope others will consider it as well. I have been eating carnivore for 4 or 5 years and plan on continuing. Mostly beef, a little pork and chicken.

@@godwins7778 great question! literally went hard on carnivore for 2 weeks, eggs/bacon breakfast, slow cooked beef for lunch and thin ranch steaks and omlette for dinner. i'm at a bit of a plateau right nowso it's around 16lbs off so far and it will be 3 weeks on tuesday. I can't afford to keep doing carnivore so easing off but a big thing for me was the snacking, I've stopped crisps/chocs/treats and learned to cook. I tried pork, lamb etc... but i found it best to keep carnivore real simple so even i couldn't mess it up. also this being my second try at keto/carnivore helped... last time was 2017 the weight came back... but this time my habits have changed and I'm really thankful. I started carnivore on January 1, 2023, and have been totally on it 100%. I had very few if any negative issues except for getting fat adapted, which I am now. I was glad to hear you're getting rid of skin tags because I have a few and wondered when they'd leave. They are smaller but still there. I've got a lot of energy, my brain is alert, and I feel wonderful and I'm getting better sleep. I rarely get hungry and have had no cravings at all. I intend upon sticking with carnivore since it works for me and I have some issues with my eyes that I hope will clear up.

Thank you for sharing your story! So happy for you to have found relief from pain. I am not new to this way. I went keto about 5 years ago and converted to carnivore 2 1/2 years ago. When I am constant carnivore, my back pain is gone and weight is down. So many other benefits but when I indulged in carbs during the holidays, I felt pains return. So happy to have found carnivore and wishing you the best in your future carnivore endeavors!🎉

Thank you for your video. I just started the Carnivore Diet yesterday. My brother shared with me that certain meats can help strengthen your gums! He mentioned the Carnivore Diet. I have Hidradenitis Super Tiva and my nerve damage is worsening. I'm a 43 yr. old woman and when my cycles come around I experience some pain which I try to ignore. My friend shared the Carnivore Diet with me and said I should try it to see if it helps my body. So, here I am. Two people have shared it with me! I'm a believer in Christ and I enjoyed the scripture you shared at the end. I appreciate you sharing your experience, even though I'm a little late. Please pray for me and I for you. It would be nice to be healed or for my body to just feel better. Thank you

Congratulations on your journey! I hope you maintain it and continue to reap the benefits. Thanks for sharing. I’ve dabbled with the carnivore diet in the past, felt many similar benefits, and for some reason didn’t stick with it. I just reached a new low (well, high) with my out of control weight gain because I love eating, and unfortunately have a genetic predisposition to gaining weight rapidly. How did I go from a young war fighter to a far middle aged dad? Idk. In any case, I’m going to go all in on the carnivore diet and get my health back. No more eating myself into an early grave.

I ironically worked on a diesel truck today in PA that got fuel in NJ (full service). They put gas in it, thankfully he had enough diesel that it didn't wipe out the injectors and we got him fixed up after draining the tanks, swapping the filters and new fuel with lubricity additives. Great, honest and hard working guy. His Mom was friends with Tupac's Mom, and my brother set up lights and sound for Vanilla Ice. Cool conversations. Just started the diet and already noticing my energy levels going up while sleeping better.

Great info and video. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Diarrhea is just the body detoxing... the same detox happens when you vomit . Vomiting is the body detoxing poisons but that is an emergency detox to keep us alive. I started the carnivore diet almost 1 year ago. I was 297lbs down 50 so far. My goal is what you are at now. I'm a couple years younger than you and I wanted to let you know something else I did to improve my health. Something not too many folks know about. I found out that mouth breathing is not healthy. It keeps your body in what they call fight or flight mode. (state of stress) I started only breathing through just my nose which keeps the body in rest repair relax mode. Look up diaphragmatic breathing as well... (nose breathing and making your belly stick out) Babies breathe that way & almost all animals nose only breathe too with the exception of dogs that mouth breathe when they are hot. PS I have been watching your channel for years because I too like cast iron cookware. : )

@antifaschi7869
@antifaschi7869 Жыл бұрын
@@morecm3322 A carnivore diet is nonsense. It can cause deficiencies and increases health-risks, especially in the long-term. Yes, it prevents you from being hungry and having appetite all the time, which can lead to you not eating a lot, be in a heavy calorie deficite and therefore lose much weight in a short time. So, as with all crash-diets, your metabolism will slow down. (you lose muscles etc.) The moment you start to eat normal again, you will most likely regain your kilos very fast. (jojo effect) If you want to be lighter, the best way is to do it slowly, but steadily and there is no good reason to pass on all these plant-foods like vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts etc., which can provide a lot of benefits to your body.
