To potentially answer the “How it was 3D printed” question - I’m going to assume it was done with resin/layer curing rather than normal FDM printing. When we think 3D printing, FDM with a nozzle on an X/Y/Z set of gantries is what comes to mind. FDM printing limits you to a minimum of a 0.1mm layer height. Resin printing uses a vat of resin that is over a screen that blinks UV light layer by layer to cure the resin in the desired layer shape. This can be done with layer heights more of 0.01mm-0.05mm and allows for much better detail. Judging by your close up, I’d say this was resin printed. It’ll make your house smell like a nail salon but it’s a really cool way to print. This is the first video I’ve ever seen from you. I’m always on the hunt to find smaller channels that are reviewing the watches no one else is talking about because I prefer to have a large collection of affordable watches and love them all rather than to just have a few grill watches. At this point, the Seiko Alpinist SBP201 and Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 are the most “expensive“ watches I own with everything else being more the likes of Orient, Sugess, etc. Looking forward to going through your stuff and seeing what more you come out with! Interesting. Appreciate the extra 3d printing info. A world I know next to nothing about but the application here is fun. The more I collect and have hands on with, the less luxury watches are worth it to me. The microbrands are where the stuff “worth” buying is if you take resale value and hype away. Hope I can make some videos that introduce you to new stuff going forward.

That is a really cool watch. I quite like the fuzzy look of the 3D printed dial. Honestly I can't tell if its an optical illusion with the strap, is there purple to that dial? Awesome deal on that, they have some other cool dials but just nothing that quite works for me. Great review as always.

Thank you! And ya the fuzziness it’s not terrible. You’ll see when I review the automatic though the more intricate the pattern sometimes it’s a little too off looking at some angles. But on face value very pretty. At first I didn’t think there is purple in the dial, it honestly is probably a tone of grey that lends itself nicely to the purple strap 😂 appreciate you watching 🙏🏻🙏🏻
