So here's that Survival game in the Division I promised you last week. Trust me when I tell you that this is both the best and worst gameplay session in the Division I've EVER had and my hands were shaking by the end of it. Watch until the end and rage with me.

That's what stress does to you! xD Sure, Jingles himself knows that he's kind of crap (but judging from your gameplay you have improved A TON) and that may very well be the reason he missed it, but I think the 12m timer really was the issue here. I know from experience that the timer does make things stressfull in Survival! :P

It therefore should make him all the more wary for any painkiller loots around. If it was a general timer like the helicopter than I can understand the rush, but he had just killed a bunch of bad guys and was real close to the extraction so he should do a quick sweep in case he had missed anything

Best tip for survival - The moment you notice message that someone was killed by NPC, imidietaly open map and check if he died close to you. By looting his corpse you practicaly doubled your time spent. If you are in survival for 30 minutes, then so was he and just like you, he was also collecting things. Sudenly you have equivalent of 1 hour looting within 30 minutes.

Just a little tip: You know when your HUD is scrambled or/and disrupted near an extraction zone that a hunter is nearby and you have to take cover immediately.

see, I just love it when people get pissed of by humor (which is purely subjective)... french tanks were the best in... yadda yadda yadda yeah yeah we all know the Renault FT was an amazingly powerful machine with a monstrous gun and a grand total of 2 crew of which the commander did everything bar driving... yeah bro the SPHINX and CRAB are amazing AFV's and the AMX 10P was and to some extent still is a good little AFV... Roy Shein Haha. This year was pretty comftorable. I believe we had -30c couple weeks in january. I served my time in army starting -07 january. in northern Finland, only six months. (lapland). You dont know cold before you stay at night watch in those temperatures that year :D It was really cold. I still remember the euphoria when it came time to switch guard and you get to warm tent.

Jignles... please tell me you searched the rest of that place at 14:25. If not you left something like four crates full of gear just lying there. For future reference, in case you didn't know, the purple fist lookin' markers on the map are landmarks, and where there's landmarks there are elite enemies and _always_ crates of equipment, normally they'll have some gear, some clothing and some consumables. If you're gonna spend the time (and take the risk) in hitting one you might as well reap the rewards.

Also, while I'm here and giving tips, if you have food to eat you'll recover HP even in combat (only in survival AFAIK). Super useful, that's what the little orange buff is on your UI when you eat. Canned food lasts longer than an energy bar, but either is preferable to wasting a medkit on healing damage when you're in good cover.

Long time subscriber first time comment! Next time you get to the extraction and kill the hunter, if other players turn up to your extraction bug out & go to another extraction point if possible (time allowance) & call in the helicopter again you won't spawn in another hunter because you killed your allotted hunter. Perhaps you could get Rita to buddy up on the division with you?

So with the Hunters if you have killed your own does it respawn when another player turns up or does only one more hunter spawn for the new player ?, just thinking that if you killed your own hunter and a new player turns up and it only spawns for that new player then you have a 2v1 situation and you then have numbers on your side ?

I found that for extractions in the dark zone, most people are used to seeing the extraction alert, and they wait till the 2 minute countdown timer is expired, not bothering to help defend the extraction point, and just hitching their goods on the chopper, basically getting free loot at your expense. It doesn't help when they kill you after you soloed the extraction defense either. Perhaps there should be a requirement, like, you have to be in the extraction defense area for x seconds/minutes to use extraction. That way, people have to work for their pay, instead of leeching off of others.

So lets analyse this for a minut. No Jingles, Hunters do not have armor. They just act as much as possible like players. The other player did not screw you over, you did so yourself. Here is why: 1: Going to an extraction zone with only the health station. Short duration, weak heal over time, limited covering area. And against a Hunter, you WANT to be moving as much as possible, out of his line of sight. Hunters will focus at the location they last saw you. Use this to your advantage. Bring First Aid atleast. First Aid stops bleeding and heals you instantly. Second skill, Pulse or Shield. Turret can work too, but beware of it getting hacked. 2: You kill that Hunter @25:00. But @25:04, you get disrupted again. That is THE primary warning signal, that there are more Hunters incoming. 3: You proceed to stand in the open, before the chopper have even landed. Why? You know there are other players in the instance and they can show up at any given time. An extraction zone is NOT safe, until that chopper is on the ground and your arse is onboard. 4: Instead of retreating to a safer location, and observe the other players, you run face first into the Hunter and go down. Not very clever. And in the future Jingles, please do not accept friend requests on Uplay again, if your goal is simply to ignore their completely harmless and polite message and delete them from your friendlist again a few days later. Not everyone is out to get a bite of your youtubers ass, but simply offer a chance to enrich your gaming experience. You are completely in your right to decline ofcourse, but atleast be polite about it. Afterall, you always claim to love meeting your subscribers in RL.

Hey Jingles - have you tried Atlantic Fleet's dynamic campaign system yet? It is a great time drain and I'd love to see you actually try to implement tactics to an entire fleet, rather than just to a single ship (WoWS) or a little flotilla of preset units (Historical missions).

william laver I have the game and it's extremely boring. If there is a DD you're screwed. If there's anything else you're going to have a field day. Plus submarines are really slow so you won't be able to catch up to most ships

That's happened to me in a lot of survival matches, I got in the habit of killing my hunter and retreating about 50 meters away from the extraction point until the chopper is there, that way if someone tries to dump another hunter on me, they have to deal with it themselves

And that's why people do this, shoot flare and run to other extract point and shoot flare again, the second time you don't spawn the hunter and you can easy extract OR wait for someone that used the flare goto them, spawn your hunter run away and extract on different spot! (this trick still not patched btw)!

Jingles, that extraction zone isn't the one you want to use, you want the parking garage one down in DZ 2(?). You stand in the west stairwell at the top and the hunter has to come out into the open to get near you. Meanwhile, you get a wall for cover, and you can just fall back down into the stairwell itself if they bum rush and you need health. It works best if you get the noob tube and stick it just above the door as you go down the stairs, then blap the bastard when they enter and finish them off with a fast rate of fire gun. it makes them not be able to roll around all stupid like and they can't out maneuver you, 'cause stairs don't work that way. The guides all say you need to haul tookus to the area near/in the DZ and get the loot boxes there because the quality is better and you get better blueprints the closer you are to the dz, which (supposedly) means you get better clothes/gear/etc faster and with less waste of resources. And you walked by a lot of useful stuff, lots of fabric and you could have made better clothes, since you were only -13 and it was -17. The extraction zone you were at has a place that spawns painkiller/meds, it's in the CERA building NE corner of the landing zone up on the second level, but still don't extract there. I hate how nerfed the player gets vs how OP the hunters are, we can't even mod the skills but they get super heals every 5 seconds, plus turrets, roll-y grenades, infinite regular grenades, and health stations. Even outside of survival players only get two skills plus the super.

After watching this I decided to give that gamemode a try. First run, found absolutely nothing, not even enough weapon parts for the flare gun. With 12 minutes to go, I found a stash of loot from a dead player, which contained some painkillers and a flare gun. I managed to extract with a full bag of sealed caches with seconds to spare :D

The hunters are division agents without armor, also jingles you passed over painkillers from one of the shield carrying cleaners before you went for extraction. Also playing with one extra person is helpful because then you can take complementing skills.

jingles, a helpful tip I've learn. Hunters cannot climb ropes. so if you head north from the extraction point and climb up a build with a rope. you could easily just snipe the hunter with a rifle and avoid his grenades easily.
