I thank you for subbing and you are insanely lucky for getting yubel that early. The only other way to get her is Immediately after post game. You just have to duel jaden where you get neos.

since you guys frogot, when yubel says to fight jaden, she meant jaden that stays in the hot tea house back in the weevil bug gym city (frogot the name sorry). And then Yubel is unlocked.
