Lighting and pump make a bigger difference than most people can comprehend if they’ve never experienced a significant body recomposition. Anyone can have a “transformation” overnight. I’ve actually been pretty fat before and went from 220lbs at 6’2 down to around 175-180lbs in about a year and a half. Yet somehow comparing a picture of me with good lighting/pump vs bad lighting/no pump 20 minutes earlier still makes me look way more different than losing 40lbs of fat lol.
