Ouch! Talk about hitting you in the feels! Not going to lie I was probably ugly crying for the last five minutes of this reaction. Tommy and Tosh were such a sweet couple. That he was basically sent back to his own time as a lamb for slaughter and Tosh had to be the one to convince him to do it; I can’t imagine.Totally forgot about this episode, but wow, 10/10 for me!!!

That beginning reminds me of the fact that RTD was asked by ABBA if he wanted to do a musical episode of torchwood, and he turned them down and later regretted it. Imagine!

+BulbasaurRepresent WTH?! How in blazes does one turn down ABBA?!?!? They aren’t usually too keen to offer their services to just anybody. Heck, if anything they are the ones usually turning other people down.

This episode was pretty good. I found the previous episode too, too depressing with all those alien sleeper agents casually killing their own families and the main guest star having no option but to make the Torchwood team shoot her at the end. Tommy gets an interesting perspective on life being woken up rushing through the years that way - and I also like that this is a companion piece to Owen having a love affair with the flying woman from season one. I like the episodes where we get more about Tosh.

One of these days Tosh is going to have a love interest she won't have to say goodbye to on the same day... Not a spoiler either way, this is exactly what I wrote after watching this episode for the first time. Tosh has had zero luck with her love life so far.
