Oh, nice! I've only been to a cat cafe once during my stay in Japan and it was this exact one. I liked the relaxed atmosphere, the peace and quiet (there were very few people), the manga bookshelves and of course, the cats 😺 But the cats didn't let me touch them much, unlike you. What's your secret? The cat ears?😂
