Lok at this -------- 1.) worn out pumps - axial pumps are very sensible with dirt in the oil - 2.) oil-temp --- 3.) use 32W hydraulic oil - thicker oil can wear the pump up. --- 4.) control all hyd. filters. 5.) control the buttom of the tank ( no dirt ) - 6.) Hawe the oil to mutch watercontent is it not clear / grey etc. - it ruin the pump. --- 7.) hawe the pump a sound noise at all rpm and high pressure, no rattling - screaming etc. ? --- 8.) Find the pressure, (look at the pressure meter, not to exid pressure) - walve and try to take the pressure op when a rod is at its end - what happens - no pressure maybee a valve is bad/ stock - listen afther whistling noises --- if no response or / the pump fall out at a certain pressure again and again - the pump is worn out ( can happen fast)

I have a Cat 313 excavator, when I lift the boom the engine will stall if continue lifting, this only happens on the boom lift, all other movements are fine, 2 months ago same thing happened and by replacing the Hydralic filler cap all movements went back to normal operation, now back to having problem even after changing cap again. Any suggestions on resolving this problem.

Hi Jeff, I have a 2021 model 315GC, it digs amazingly well, But l have tracking issues, it won’t track left or right without assistance, as soon as l do it just goes into bypass mode and the machine completely stops, you can hear it bypassing, l have tried talking to my dealer about fixing it but falls on deaf ears, can you suggest anything what might it be or where do l go, this issue started with just 20 hours on the hour meter and now with 1600 hours, = 2.5 years later l still can’t get my dealer to fix it. @@johnmarkalolod5097 now we solved that we try all pressure or remove or repair all adjusting valve or mentioned aalll pressure or check popit valve or interchange adjusting valve or some valves pressure which is little high according to required by manual we adjust it then coming ok but there is not engine problem if have engine problem then also rpm comes down in another functions is am right boss?

Maybe boom relief valve. You'll need a correct pressure gauge and to complete a stall test. If your output pump pressures are good, Chances are your relief valve will need adjusting. All the info should be on SIS. Little tip - the fitter thought the oil was bypassing internally through the cylinder. Use a temp gun to measure if the cylinder is hotter at one end. Then compare temps to other cylinders. If hotter, that will let you know if it's time for a reseal.

Caterpillar 320D - We remove the cable in the battery (positive and negative) then we welding it due that there is a crack in the backle then after that we connect it back. Ahmad, L means long undercarriage. LN is Long and Narrow undercarriage for easier road transport.
