Informative video. I like your positive comments about wet food and raw food. Sometimes my two cats won't eat food that is mixed. I put different foods next to each other on the plate, as if serving a person. That seems to work. Cats have small stomachs, so I give them three smaller meals a day. They appear thin, but are the correct weight and body shape. Fish that are lower on the food chain, mackerel or wild caught salmon, are better for cats. They likely have fewer toxins. My cats eat a tin of sardines, once a week. I'm glad this video showed up on my page.

Question: I mill my own flour, which is a game changer for me and alot of my friends.. all of us now have better gut heath in every way. I believe for Dogs giving them some of this wonderful bread that is full of Nutrients and Omega 3 and Omega 6, is beneficial for their gut health too .. how much would you suggest?

My cat LOVES Tuna. He can't get enough of it. Sardines are also good but tuna is totally his thing. I add tuna to his kibble daily and he also catches mice and birds and eats them whole every once in a while.

Thank you for this video! I currently feed my cat a fresh food diet from a company in Toronto (it's called Tom and Sawyer's and it's shipped overnight and arrives fully frozen the next day). I really love feeding it to him but he gets bored easily and unfortunately only likes one of their three flavors. I want to start cooking for him as well so he can get rhe variety he craves and I'm planning on buying the Hilary's Blend cookbook along with her supplements, but I wanted to check if you've heard of this and if you have any thoughts on it? Our vet has raved about it, but I just want to be sure we're making the right decision
