20:08 = You nailed it right on the head, this game was heavily inspired by the Kowloon city near Hong Kong. The devs were originally going to set the game in current day Kowloon, but felt it was more of an involved project and came up with this story instead. However they still wanted to incorporate that "running around a super urban Chinese city" vibe, which they incorporated into the midtown level.

Yeah, this is one is on my top 10 GOAT list. picked it up at launch, finished it in something like 10 hours (there are lots of little collectable things, and secret places to find). was a great game. there is a tiny twist at the end... those little lights you see come on at the very end.. it strongly indicates that B-12 isn't actually "dead", and is just back in the city's computer network, where he was at the start of the game.

Really good thingy: i think that the cat was in 2077 and that all the people died except for the robot with The stray cat. The Doctor/robot Created robots so he wasnt alone. He then got trapped in the pc and the robots started building their own citys. But maybe it was the cats eyes. They were actually people and i think that the reason that they are stuck in the city. Its because they might be infected by the plague. After a few hundred years. The Plague Might have gone down but still they were stuck because of Neco. The cat was trained very well and figured out how to open the exits of walled city 99. And now the cats and robot people can now leave
