9:57 uhhhh that's because capacitors inside the device, similar to batteries, hold a small electrical charge and take a few sec to discharge. It's exactly what happens when you disconnect a power supply from your laptop and it takes a sec for the light to turn off.

bought this to work to see who was taking my stuff from my desk, it worked great. video was perfect and it did a wonderful job, I if you have a problem with missing stuff, get one.

@@IL_Bgentyl Comical. For the record, each state has its own laws with regard to recording audio without consent. In this case, the makers of this camera need a more creative marketing person, or maybe just be honest, like: “hey, this is a live recording mini video camera, when we figure it out, we’ll add audio”.
