Here in Indonesia we smoke rays and then put into curry with veggies, tofu and tempe. Never had it fried tho, looks really good!

I enjoy catching, cooking and eating small Atlantic stingrays. Soak the skinned meat in lemon water for a few hours to remove ammonia taste , dredge in flour/spices and deep-fry, tastes mild and has a chicken texture. The kids who wouldn't touch the other seafood, mowed up the those"chicken chunks"LOLOL. I enjoyed telling them later that they had eaten stingray. I'm going to try the thrice fry method you demonstrated on my next trip to the beach, thanks for the video
