Love your videos brother. Honest and clean, not that rehearsed over produced junk. Watching your vids is like spending time with family and makes me want to get down to NZ to spend time with them. Please keep up with the catch and cook, I can smell and taste every one of them.

Love your vids!! I'm an Aussie who loves to cook! My missus is a kiwi and comes from Taronga! I've been to New Zealand so many times and love the country! It has spirit, heart and beauty like I have never seen anywhere else!! Sensational how you cook with all natural produce that comes from the sea and the land!!!! This is how we all should eat , the way our parents and grandparents did!!!! Ps you enjoy food the way I do with passion!!!! Love your work!!!!
@WekaDigitalMediaNZ6 жыл бұрын
Kia ora Mario, yep too many people rely on the fast foods too much. It's about getting out there and gathering food you know it's fresh and tasty. I love the way Italians cook and eat with passion, and I love the food, especially seafood cooked with great ingredients!!

Hi Mike, thank you so much, I learnt this knot so well from this video. I have been researching old master fishermen like Leslie Moncrieff and got his classic book and video where he explains how he uses a blood knot to attach his main line and shock leader and casts his rod far away. Also I have two 16 foot rods and now can cast miles away into deeper water at night with a 6 to 8 ounce sinker and large bait. Cheers Mike, you are a humble person and a leader My whanau love your videos, brings back memories with my dad and uncle and braai in Durban 1970s. I love how you bait up with bonito and use keeper hooks and that pink bead, somehow ....those 38 to 50 cms snapper are attracted to those pink beads, mystery? Yes, we also fish at dusk and until morning.Only caught up to 50cms and hoping to catch something bigger like that elusive kingfish.

that's one lucky shark ,boneless white fillets on it make good fish and chips when there's no other fish in the freezer, not to mention that i dont mind giving some to the cats as well , as for the noises you make im more then ok with it , especially when your eating puha or watercrest , ps i would love to see the people that complain about the noises eat 2 minute noodles or pasta and not make a sound them selfs , last but not least all your loyal followers will agree that we dont care what you show us , even cutting the lawn and seating back having a cold one and sharing something about life in NZ is good to watch , growing kamo kamo, gardening , its all good , thanks for sharing all the best to you mate
