We caught Coho, Pink and King salmon. The perfect combination to get an on scene taste comparison. Cooked in a natural way with minimal spices to keep an authentic flavor. This is the third video from this Ketchikan, Alaska trip. One more video to come. Thanks again to Alaska Strike Zone, and TJ and Jan for having me in Alaska. Had an amazing time. Anyone interested in taking a trip to Ketchikan definitely contact Alaska Strike Zone Fishing Charters. They've got 6 boats that go out every day. Half day, full day and private charters. Call ahead to see how the bite is!!

Born and raised in Ketchikan, wish I knew about your channel and still lived there when you arrived! Just recently found your channel. Not even joking, you make me want to go out and start fishing again. I don't have any boats or anything but that doesn't matter. I used to fish with my dad and loved it when I was a young child until it just became me being yelled at for a few months constantly in the summer to help my dad fish. I feel like I've learned more from your videos than I've ever really learned from him. Thank you for renewing my interest in it, as I used to absolutely LOVE it. Keep it up, and thank you for this video man.

Same with you. Loving what you're doing here. Pencil me down for "anytime you want to come to Canada :)" I'm going to look at some better fishing spots up North from me this fall. If you wanted to try some icefishing...or even this spring might be a great time. We got Northern pike, walleye, pan fish, rainbow, lake trout, brook trout, catfish, etc.

I spent a summer up in Ketchikan like 4 years ago and it was amazing. I worked at one of the shops for the cruise ship tourists but any day I had off I was fishing off of a bridge catching pinks and being from Utah, the pinks were still the best and freshest fish I've ever had. It's pretty crazy you ended up going to Ketchikan of all places. What a beautiful place, would love to make it back up there

Matts, you should start a How To series where you explain what you are doing and why while you are doing it. Like if your fishing for Lingcod, you would explain the methods to fish for them and why they work. I watch your videos multiple times to try and learn as much as I can about fishing while doing so. A video series like that would make it a lot more helpflu
