As a geologist I truly appreciated your introductory comments about the local geology. So often in videos where the geology is stunning rarely is the regional geology commented on...but rocks ( once you get familiar with them ) have their own story to tell. My thesis involved mapping 75 square miles on foot in the high Sierra ( 8 months living out of a tent and surviving on what nature could provide.). It was so beautiful...and memorable..and so challenging. Love your channel!!

It is our policy not to divulge exact locations to help keep fishing pressure low and therefore promote sustainability of spots. A quick search of Marine Protected Areas and State Marine Conservation Areas of the Central Coast will help you weed out locations where fishing and foraging may be closed. There are only a handfull of jetties that it could be once you hone in a bit. If you find it, please keep it quiet. Happy fortaging!
