We grew up scalloping the flats of Steinhatchee, each summer. It was more fun snorkeling and catching them, than it was cleaning them. (Looks like you guys have evolved that gutting technique down, very effiecently!) I remember a cooler full of scallops would yield a quart or more of bay scallops. But brother, we ate like Royalty! Thanks for the memories, and the video.

I like them sauteed in butter, with garlic, fresh basil & white wine, & a little S&P! Pour that over a bed of spaghetti noodles! Done... get ready to eat!
