Growing up and spending the Summer at my Grand Parents. NOTHING beat getting up just past Dawn to go to the Brook next to the house to carmtch a few Brook Trout for Breakfast. Flour with salt, pepper and lemon seasoning to go with bacon, eggs, toast and a few spoon fulls of Corn Relish as a side. Brook to Cook within 15 mins.
