Great video Aaron. What a way to challenge yourself. I keep telling myself that I need to try different techniques just to make it more interesting. Glad you got the fish at the end because it would be hard to give up a top water bait. Thanks for video.

Great video man. Always nice to challenge yourself to catch on lures that arnt your “comfort” lures. KZbin has kicked your ass in the algorithm though. Had the same with the last one. Tight lines ace 👍🏻👊🏻

If those are the top 5 lures for September, it's no wonder we've been in trouble. August and September are probably the 2 toughest months of the year for me. I usually just ultra lite then. When I lived in CT, I used to still catch 2 - 4.5 lb. bass in these 2 months. Since I moved to NC, NOPE! Part of it where I am able to fish, but it still is quite different. Even the pan fishing has been tough for me the last 2 years. Thanks for posting!

Well, that's what the "experts' say. Honestly, i should probably just fish like 5 bread and butter lures all year; I'd probably catch more fish. :)

I've been using Siglon ADV most of this year.... the line on the Gekka was Varivas Bait Finesse...
