Don't put hot water on them just take all the air out of the bag use a food bag then lay it flat in the freezer

Polly, Barbel are lovely fish, BUT, they DON'T belong in a lake #Fact. They are 100% a river fish. It's where they belong.

I guess it’s because these commercial fisheries are kept so well aerated that fish like Barbel and Chub can live in them…but yeah, totally get your point…those fish are what you would associate with rivers and not Stillwaters.
