I'd rather get multiple groudon over multiple rayquaza...as rayquaza already has to compete with multiple other dragons for usage. Though the shadow would prob be the best non mega for flying with dragon ascent.

There plenty of other dragon types you can raid with consistently, dragonite, Salamanca, garchomp, hydegion, palkia, dialga, reshiram and zekrom...meanwhile ground only has a few with rhyperior, excadrill, landorous, groudon and one or two others....don't need to worry about getting a shadow rayquaza as much as a shadow groudon
