The 2 pack of lures do not come rigged with hooks and line. I actually prefer this because the stock hooks and line don't hold up very well. I use 30lb mono and the hooks above.
I like to stuff the lures with blended up anchovies but many people use canned tuna or other concoctions. (I bought a used blender at Goodwill. Figured my wife would have words if I used hers)
