Nice work mate, I absolutely love bream fishing, I've found end of September and and into October really productive, and I'm going to be gutted when they go. Struggling to think of a target species at the moment. It was much easier a couple of months ago. Even though we aren't far from chesil, the cod are super rare on the island. That was a fair run of bream, nice. It is sometimes hard from a video to appreciate how steep the shingle can get, but the shot looking back up was an eye opener. Don't blame you for changing tactics if nothing else it gave you a rest must have been knackering up and down that shingle pile. Great watch as always 👏

Note to all Sea Anglers. Check out the recent Southern Region IFCA consultation on proposed prohibitions (Bye Law) in certain MCZs and other protected areas regarding ‘shore gathering’ IF enacted it could end digging and other methods of obtaining bait for angling. Consultation ends in November.

Bream dream Wayne👍 🤔 any, plans to fish the Bristol Channel soon? Do you think the sewage discharges have anything to do with the decline of fishing in the Bristol Channel I watched A to Z of fishing the Bristol Channel , it’s on you tube filmed in the 90s . It said Aust probably had the best Cod run in the country at that time. Now it’s a parrot cage🙁 whats gone wrong 🎣

@@TheShoreHunter A to Z of fishing the B / C. said Aust size Cod tended to be on the smaller side . Every year smaller Cod used to inhabit this area, in large numbers , probably the best run of Cod in the country they said. 🤔so it seemed like it was a nursery area that attracted smaller cod, as what ever they were feeding on was their in a abundance and suited small cod. This area is only 2 miles across so any pollution that was in the water system would probably be more concentrated . What struck me watching this film was the amount of wading birds calling in the background probably attracted to this habitat by the same food source the Coding were feeding on . The Cod numbers crashed ? 🤔 well over fished , everyone recognises that fact. Wading bird numbers crashed in the same area Curlew , Oyster Catchers , Snipe , to name a few. 🤔 over fishing? the link between the two must be the habitat , toxins effecting the food source in this confined area leading to the decline of two different species. ? Just a thought Wayne 🤔
